Our luxurious suites have twice the square footage of our standard rooms, with additional windows to enjoy breathtaking views of 57 distinct mountain peaks. Each suite has its own living room, some with a queen sleeper sofa. Offering the finest hotel guest comforts such as thick towels and bed comforters, each guest suite features custom-made mahogany furniture specially arranged to emphasize the stunning panoramic White Mountains views, romantic garden vistas, or our exclusive White Mountains golf course.

Presidential Suite
The newly created Presidential Suite has been designed to provide spectacular views of the White Mountains from the country comfort of rooms that include a private wet bar, cozy fireplace, two LCD flat-screen TVs, hand-painted furniture, and a beautifully appointed dining area complete with classic French doors framing the distant peaks. The elegant master bedroom's king-size bed and cozy window nook provide views of New Hampshire's northern summits and the distinctive stone fire tower still in use atop Mount Prospect in Weeks State Park. The Presidential's master bathroom (one of two full baths) features a Savannah Gold granite Kohler Serif Suite 2-person bath tub. A Bodysprays multiple-head shower will rejuvenate your spirits with an all-over body massage. 

Summit Suite
These two-room suites feature a king master bedroom with master bath, separate living room with a pullout sleeper sofa, and access to a spacious balcony. Overlooking the Waterfall Terrace, the historic golf course's eighth fairway and featuring signature vistas of the southern valley and Presidential Mountain Range, the Summit Suite is the choice of guests looking for space to stretch out and relax. And for even more space, a connecting guest room can also be reserved for additional accommodations.

Heritage suite
This two-room suite features a bedroom with a king bed and a separate living room with a sleeper sofa and quaint sitting area. Take in views of the southern valley with peaks such as Mount Lafayette and Cannon Mountain or the Kilkenny Range and Percy Peaks to the north. Enjoy our historic golf course with panoramic vistas, free wireless Internet, award-winning spa, and plenty of family activities.

Signature Suite
This two-room suite is a favorite among brides and grooms, honeymooners, and those celebrating a special occasion. Overlooking the beautiful Waterfall Terrace and Koi pond and perched above the eighth fairway with views of southern peaks such as Mount Lafayette and Cannon Mountain, the Signature Suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, separate living room, and a two-person whirlpool tub, perfect for a romantic getaway.
